The story
Danny Wicks is an experienced entrepreneur, coach, and former FTSE C-level executive with a passion for helping founders build a scalable and exit ready business. With over £1 billion in business exits under his belt - including private equity deals, IPOs, and M&A transactions - Danny knows what it takes to create and scale successful companies.
He's led global teams of 500+, exited his own consulting business, and has coached more than 100 founders, guiding them through the highs and lows of entrepreneurship. Danny combines real-world experience with a practical, no-nonsense approach to coaching, helping business leaders get unstuck, find clarity, and build businesses that work for them - not the other way around.
